Dr. Natalie Harrower is the Director of the Digital Repository of Ireland, located at the Royal Irish Academy. DRI is a Core Trust Seal certified trusted digital repository for Ireland’s arts, social science and humanities data.
Dr. Harrower is involved in a number of national and international activities that support and promote digital preservation, data sharing and reuse, particularly in terms of digital cultural heritage and Open Science practices. She is a member EOSC working group on FAIR, and was a member of the European Commission's high level expert group on FAIR data implementation, and the OECD high level expert group on Business Models for Data Repositories. She is on the Governing Board for the Research Data Alliance, she chairs the ALLEA E-Humanities Working Group, and serves as an expert reviewer for the European Commission.
