I am relatively new to rowing having never done organized sports or much exercise for most of my life. I joined Hanlan Boat Club, Toronto Canada in 2021 and found an amazing community and a fabulous sport. I am interested in resources to support Master Rowers who joined the sport over 40 years of age without background in the sport. I also note the difficult in finding coaches for Master Rowers (at least this is true in Canada). I wonder if this is the case in other countries and if anyone has some ideas about this.
